I listen carefully to your concerns and work intuitively treating the mind, body and spirit holistically offering expert aftercare advice to effectively prolong the effects of the session.

During your treatment, I draw from my own journey of self-love and healing to share what I have learnt, blending together Eastern and Western techniques including yoga, meditation, mindfulness, massage therapy, sound, scent, and energy work. This creates a unique prescription for you, restoring your natural balance, leaving you calm, connected and comfortable in your body.
