I teach yoga from the heart with a gentle, clear understanding of the practice. I believe passionately in the power of yoga and the healing effects it has on the mind and spirit. Yoga is not only an effective tool to heal and strengthen the body, but a spiritual practice which unites mind, body and spirit, deepening our connection with ourselves and others. I mentor using a fusion of authentic yoga techniques, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Chakra system, Myofascial release delivered with clear instruction, woven with yoga wisdom.
Our busy lives require balance. Yin (passive) yoga is the perfect compliment and to any yang (active) or stressful lifestyle. Yin helps us come back into balance, ground our energy and calm the mind. The practice is quiet, simple and medative, but not necessarily easy, we hold some postures from 1 -5 minute which can be a challenge for both the mind and body. Yin deeply focuses on the connective tissues of the body, ligaments and joints. The beauty of yin practice is we spend time in each posture to explore mindfulness, breath awareness, Yoga or Buddhist philosophy.

Meditation keeps my stress levels low, my mind focused and helps me to hear inner guidance. I owe so much of my healing, peace and happiness to this practice. Meditation brings me home to my center and enables me to see love and truth in any situation.

Balinese Massage works on the twelve Meridian Lines which run through the body. According to ancient Oriental teachings of healing, energy runs along these lines. This energy flow or Qi is the life force of the body. By using a combination of gentle stretches and acupressure points, the flow of blood, oxygen and Qi is increased and flows with ease. This promotes deep relaxation and a feeling of well-being.
A variety of unique massage techniques are used: including skin rolling, kneading, acupressure and reflexology. Balinese massage aims to help with a wide range of ailments, including migraine, muscle and joint pain, sleep disorder, stress, fatigue, anxiety or depression. An uplifting, restorative treatment to revive and refresh your mind and body.
Rose Quartz Facial Massage
Rose Quartz is widely known for its powerful energy relating to the heart chakra. It is extremely effective in promoting healing and is symbolic of the energy of love, peace and emotional well-being.
This soothing facial uses Rose Quartz crystals and wands to stimulate cell renewal, heal, energise and illuminate the skin. Massage including lymphatic drainage and pressure points releases muscular and emotional tension held in the face, neck and shoulders.
A pleasant, non-invasive, calming treatment of the ears. Ear-candling is used to treat a variety of conditions and is an effective method of reducing and regulating pressure in the head and sinuses. The candles are made from completely natural ingredients and work on a chimney principal creating a flow of air which gently massages the eardrum. A massage of the face and neck begins the treatment to encourage lymphatic drainage, finishing with a relaxing scalp massage.
