The Mandala Therapeutic Yoga Retreat


 It is an honour to work alongside my mentor and very good friend Marguerita Colley I feel so deeply grateful to be in service and share along side Marguerita, her experience is invaluable and she has become a great source of strength and support in my own life and many others. After a few lunches and many hours talking sharing our vision this deeply restorative and renewing retreat was born. 

We wanted to create a space for people to come and BE just as they are. To heal, rest, restore. Practice yoga and learn deeper aspects of the healing system. This is the ultimate restpite to any busy lifestyle and the perfect retreat if you are on the De-stress program at the Mandala Yoga and Complimentary Health Centre. We offer a friendly environment for you to connect and be with others or have quiet time alone, all is welcome.

Together we have extensive knowledge and experience and provide a lovingly held space for you to just be.

Daily Schedule:

7.30 – 9.00 Breakfast

11.00 – 13.00 Yoga

13.30 – 14.30 Nutritious Lunch

Free time -Sleep/read/walk/massage/swim

17.00 – 18.30 Restorative Yoga & Meditation

19.00 – Dinner

In the evening we inspire talks on Yoga, Energy and Healing. Our last evening we share a Closing Ceremony.
